Default autotrans shift faster?

i have a 95 sc300 auto

i when i drive i highway traffic i like to shift it manual

but it takes 3 secs to change is there a
way to make it take lest time for the car to shift

i dont like drag racing when you have to shift 1500rpm before redline to give it time to shift

search for firmer shifts. there is an adjustment to tighten it up a bit.
there will always be a delay on an auto.
a torque converter will increase response if you want to spend the money.

Ah ha I can help some one out! and not much money is required for once. I have yet to do this to my auto yet but desperately want to, cant decide to turbo the car then do it or get it the way I like it before the turbo. Anyways heres a step by step DIY on a shift kit for our auto trans which is suppose to give a nice quick stiff shift after done. If you do this please tell me how it goes because the auto trans dose have a huge lag and drives me insane lol.
