sc300 engine hesitation
i just got my first car it is a 95 sc300
the engine has been hesitating so i replaced the sparkplugs.
it fixed it for about a day. then it started hesitating
so i went to a toyato dealer and they say bad plugwires so i replaced the plug wires much better.
but it still hesitating
only when you floor it 1000-3900rpm once it past it is fine
so what need to be fixed
and is my car rare?
it is a dark green almost black 1995 lexus sc300 coupe
sunroof open/tilt , tan leather, red wood trim,
silver trim on out side with silver plate on side of doors
all original ,clean title
it has 2jz-ge motor
with auto trans, ect and overdrive button

I dont think your car is to rare cause I have the exact same model. Its called the Royal Jade Pearl and pretty much all the SC came with the some amenities with slight variations between some years. Not sure what you mean by silver plate on side of door though. As to your hesitation problem I would check your air filter and fuel filter if you haven't already done that.

My car is doing the same thing. I just read about seafoam and some said it works. I am going to buy it in the morning and try. I replaced the MAF meter 3 times and still doing the same thing I was going to get an INDUCTION TREATMENT as well in the morning hopefully that works. I tried resseting the computer but still DRINKING GAS. The gas is not being burnt and is coming out the exhaust.

its too bad your car isn't a 96, it'd be a lot easier to fix if DTC codes were present. its possible that you have a problem with your ignition coil, theres also a possibility that the O2 sensors or O2 circuit have a problem, also check for post MAF air leaks, this is most easily done by spraying down your vacuum hoses with a water bottle. The plugs and wires were a good start, but untill you do some good diagnosis i wouldn't suggest throwing any more parts at your car.
