Default Engine Management?

Im planning to do a NA-T set up this summer. I already know what set up Im doing and cost for pretty much everything but Im lost on the engine management. Im not looking to use a 2k dollar system. Ive heard safc2 is only good to a certain amount of power. Whats it limit? And whats the stock ecu's limit?

Any other suggestions on something to tune the motor with?

what is your setup. what size injectors are you using? FPR? fuel pump? that would greatly help in suggesting an answer

SAFC2 is still pretty descent though.
