Transmission and new TC installed, now weird vibration when accell?

Transmission and new TC installed, now weird vibration when accell?
So I got my Low Mileage transmission and new Lextreme TC installed on my 96 SC4. Now I am having a weird vibration from the back when accelerating at about 15-20MPH and about 40-50MPH. Seems like I have some vibration when cruising at 70 also. Anyone have any Ideas?
