Default switching rear pumkin question

I have a 97 sc400 and want to switch to the automatic sc300 4.76 gearing. Is this a direct swap in with axels and driveshaft? If not what is needed?

direct bolt in. good luck

oh and by the way...the sc300 auto diff is not a 4.76. its a 4.27. trust me i know i have one in my car after i blew up my manual 4.08 diff.
