Search on clubna-t they might have info, SF is a good source if you can go through page by page....Displacement will be 3.0 since it will be a 2j bottom.

the displacement is the same.... its 3.0

ive seen a few done and they seem to make the same power and a full 2j

id rather do a 1.5jz than a full 1j bc of tq and displacement

ive been wondering about this as well, i have nost of the necessary parts i would assume, other than injectors and other little things. it would be nice to get a list of parts necessary to do this.

Can you please start using punctuation in your posts? Not trying to be a ****, but I find it impossible to read what you are saying when there are no periods or comma's.

Thanks,
Jonny

Everything I've read said it'd be better to go NA-T than waste your time on a 1.5JZ, unless you already had a 1JZ sitting around.

People build 1.5jz when they blow up the 1jz bottom end, but ...That dont mean its bad at all ,Ive seen 1.5 jz putting out 1200 to 1300 hp. More displacement is always better. Your better off getting complete 2j because it will be alot more cost effecient and alot less headache.unless you have a hookup on 1j and 2j parts

i talked to someone from japan today, and asked him about the 1.5jz, he said that it is a pretty common thing. He's more of a nissan guy, and he has even heard of it lol.

If you already have a 1JZ sitting around, go for it, otherwise I'd say just go NA-T.
