Maybe have a failed water pump
Alright so I did a full 1j swap in my sc300 I was trying to tune it but notice my temp gauge was slowly rising. I first thought getting to normal but kept rising higher so shut off car and wait a few. I also have a aftermarket temp gauge and it was holding at 180 then start rising slowly. I have electric fans as well, I open the radiator cap to see if water is flowing but see no movement. So I tried to opening the top hose to see if water come out none. I searching everywhere to get answer need them fast so I either replace it.
The car having a little miss fire but really don't have much gas the smoke is fine since I only have a downpipe on it now for the time being no white smoke or sweet smell

If water is nof moving i would suspect a bad water pump. I would also look at the thermostat. the electric fans should be sufficient to move air if they are 12 inch each. When do they turn on?
