Default Need some help from anyone

Here goes,
I was driving home, and my car started sputtering like it was missing. I was almost home so I thought I would look at it when I got there. Well, my car didn't think so and just died!!! I pull over and try to start it up again and it will turn over but nothing happens. I have to get it towed home, and I get on here and see what most of the problems people were having. Well, I thoguht it was either a bad fuel pump or bad fuel pump ecu. So I replace those and try to start it up again and the same thing. I noticed that the fuel pump wasn't turning on when i turn the key on. So i replaced the main EFI relay. Still nothing. Now have checked the relay and it works and there is 12volts getting to the relay and none getting to either the feul ecu or the fuel pump. I was wondering If there were any other things I cold check to figure out why my car wasn't starting.
