is300 5spd auto swap into auto supra/sc
Has any body swaped the 5spd auto from an is 300 (A650e) into an auto supra or sc 300. Would it bolt up to a non vvti motor.... I have may be looking into doing this to my 95 sc300 ...the gear ratios on the 5spd are much better than the 4 we must put up with.. IPT can build these trannys to hold pretty decent power as well as PFS. I would only need it to hold about 350/400 since I plan on doing a very mild na-t set up. Also does anyone know if the A750E is stronger than the A650E.
There is a company.. PCM I believe is the name that sells a controller so that would not be an issue.
