Help Sc300 Vss And Parking Wires!!!
Hey all,
I was wondering if its possible to get some info 1992 Lexus SC300, i would like to know the location of the VSS (Vehicle Speed Signal) wire and also the location of the parking brake switch wire and illumination wire and reverse wire.

I am assuming you are installed a Navi, just ground the brake wire.
As for illumination, tap into one of the wires behind the radio or climate control using a tester. I tapped into one of the wires behind the climate.
Reverse wire is only used if you are using a camera.

i want to say the reverse wire can be found at the shifter it's a red wire if i remember correctly. i have a picture, but photobucket is down at the moment.
the z1 has a couple different methods to bypass depending on the month/year of production...check avic411 for the necessary bypass method of your unit.
