aristo vs usdm gte auto trans, same?

i have an auto trany from a 97 jdm twin turbo gte aristo is it the same as the auto gte supra?

wikipedia.com says the 97+ Aristo had a 5 speed auto. The mkiv supra had a four speed auto. It appears that they are different.
