Default Engine Questions.

Let me start off by just clearing that I am a new poster

My first question is... What kind of Engine life should be expected from the stock SC300 motor?

And second.. I've read that the SC300 has the same motor as the Supra so instead of swapping in a 2jz-gte.. installing a turbo or 2 on the existing motor should be powerful and cost effective and what kind of power should one expect from it?

its the almost the same motor but N/A. the turbo kits for MKIVs wont fit on a stock SC so i was told. the intake manifold is not the same as the 2jz tt motor. and i beleive it wont handel the as much boost as the 2jz tt motor.

Im saying if I turbo the Stock SC motor would i still be able to pull down some good power or would the 2JZ-gte be the best route for the long run counting in full expenses and stuff

The most cost effective upgrade would be Search engine! It can hold Search amount of PSI, and will put down Search amount of HP stock.
