Default Question about a 2-way diff and 6-speed swap

I am planning to purchase a Carbonetic, formerly known as ATS, 2-way diff for my car. My question is that if I install the diff in my car now, will I still be able to use my stock pumpkin later on when I do the 6-speed swap?

In other words will my stock pumpkin work with the 6-speed driveshaft, and supra tt axles?

Or will I have to change my stock pumpkin to a supra tt pumpkin?

I checked the part numbers on the ATS website and they are the same for the supra and sc300.

the 6 speed diff is much larger than the na supra and sc (auto and manual). if the diff will work for both then im assuming it to fit the auto tt and all na setups. thus it will not work with the 6 speed pumpkin. no matter what you will need to have a custom driveshaft to make any combo with the 6 speed trans to work.
