Fuel pressure on the rail in a SC400

How much fuel pressure should a SC400 have on the rail? I think I may have a bad regulator or possibly a pump. I searched but couldn't find any info on the stock fuel pressure.

I think I asked this question a while back and got no answer. I researched it with the shop and if I remember it was 38 - 42 PSI at WOT.
