i took a polishing wheel to my cover, i mostly just tried to get the 2500 off it(man that crap is like powder coated to the extreme or something, the black came off all around it and the 2500 stayed on, took forever, anyway, how did u go about this? my job sucked, i diddnt put much effort into it(wanted to drive it so bad) but i got lots of nasty swirls and not even close to a clean job as u

 

Looks good, now you need some better lightening.
