will a Supra 2JZ-GTE in SC300 pass smog???

I was just wondering if I was to swap my 2jzge in my 93 sc300 to a supra 2jz-gte if it will pass smog someone let me know please

yes it would pass smog if you do a complete swap from a USDM supra thats either a 94 or a 95. Good luck on finding a USDM GTE motor though. oh btw SEARCH i think i have given teh same answer about 10 times in the last 6 months about the legality of this swap.

Hey you live in California! Just take it to the State Referee and get a BAR certificate from them so you never get into trouble with the police if happened to get pulled over. Just drop in the completely stock GTE motor and take it to them. They will also smog and give you a certificate for that. So all in all you will be taking care of two things at once and you will be playing it safe with that BAR certificate.
