Default 1996 Na-T engine management?

I have a 1996 Sc300 and i plan on going Na-T just wondering what issues come about with the OB2 Ecu?
Ive already searched and ive found that they say the obd2 ecu will give me a hedache but they never go into detail on what problems it gives...

from what ive gathered they recomend obd2 to obd1 conversion harness and then running emanage...is there any other options besides standalone or conversion harness?

only reason i dont want stand alone is because this is for my daily driver and i think it it would be unessesary...besides i already have an AEM on my Civic Drag car...

also where can i buy the conversion harness if i choose that route?

and how much power can a Supra SMIC support?

and will RX7 550's be sufficient for 400-450hp power goals?

Red face

The stock supra MKIV TT SMIC has supported a dyno pull of 481rwhp by DaveH, but after that it heat soaked = not good. I think it's best not to go over 400rwhp with the mkIV Supra TT SMIC. Several folks have mentioned to me that the OBD II ecu's keep relearning their settings with piggy-backs, thus forcing the user to reset their ecu about once every week.
