No good, it actually takes away from your power. Search for BFI (Big Freaking Intake). Best solution for intake.

My Injen intake works great. When I made my BFI i could feel it at the upper end of the RPMs but the injen I felt it down lower. Besides I think the Injen looks better and is a lot less work to install. This is on a 92 SC300. The BFI is just a lot less expensive
Besides when Injen & other magazines posts results that they have made gains over OEM intakes where are you basing your facts that it loses power. How much power are you saying they are losing and where on the power band. I don't understand

Just wondering

PS i have an air box cut with a & KN Filter PM if you are interested

I have read the all of the BFI articles on Planet Soarer but could not find any statement that the injen or any other aftermarket creates less HP. All of the test I read were about air flow into the filter with the BFI and without.

The BFI is the definately the best bang for the buck, but I have yet to find a test to say the Injen creates less HP.

Maybe I missed the statement, please direct me to the section where you saw this test. I would really appreciate it.

Still wondering
