1jz single turbo manifold
Found this on ebay....seems pretty intersting and economical. Wasabi's manfold is 3 times the price.
These are made in thailand...A buddy of mine with a 2jz has had one of these on his car for 2 years now.

before anyone bashes chinese-built stuff being cheap, etc...
i saw something on an indepth report about how china handles currency rates...
it seems that they forcibly change it to favor their exporting businesses... the dollar exchange rate is low when exporting items... but when some company sells items overseas from the US to china, the rate is different and causes the prices to be much more...
this obviously favors chinese companies and its very similar to an import tariff that we see in england and france, etc but its done via currency exchange rates...
what might be a $300 manifold to us, in true currency exchange, might be like $1000 if it were truly correct... the us government is going after china about this, so it may not last long...

Wow, that is some price.
What turbo is your buddy running on the 2JZ with this make of manifold ?

hhaha yeah it makes things a bit cheaper
If I go this route I will be running a
SP66 turbo
hks wastegate
custom 3 inch dp with vband
that coupled with all the parts needed such as gaskets, oil lines, fittings and a wideband and various other hardparts will cost about $2200, not bad for a single turbo upgrade

I'd bet money it was made in china; by the same company that XS-Power sources its manifolds from....
even tho, this is the same manifold I've been wanting to run since i noticed it on ebay about a month ago...
but I'll be getting a T61
