I think the site is new. It doesnt look very informative though. They have a way bigger selection of parts than whats on the site.
Here is their link on houston-imports...

Jarco is too expensive for my blood... I know they are great setups though
I'm looking for $1500 max... I've seen clips go for that price, but I'll be happy with a engine set provided it has everything I need...
might even be able to save some cash by not getting a transmission with the motor if I go pick it up from Jhotexports
let us know got_trd!!!

most exporters in the US are in California... do a search, you'll find lots of them
My friend bought a 1jz engine set in Gulfport, MS for his old Toyota truck (which now runs low 7s in the 1/8th)... I havent been able to contact him lately; anyone recall what the name of this shop is so I can call them? I can find nothing in the phone book, and none of my other friends can recall exactly what shop he got it from

Another place you might try is RT Motorsports (Rims and Things) in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC. http://www.rimsandthings.com/
I've met Brad a few times in person and he seems very decent and knowledgable. He has an auto Soarer clip, and a few 5 speed 1JZ-GTE Mk III clips, plus some 1JZ motorsets in stock.
One company to stay away from: Osaka JDM Engines. They have good prices, but the quality of their engines is very suspect (very likely not sourced in Japan), and their customer service is horrible if you have a complaint or a problem. Almost every other person I've talked to that have ordered engines from them has had complaints about them as well. The prices might be cheaper, but I'd advise spending more and going with a company that will back their product.
I've had dealings with JHot and Jarco, both are good reputable companies. I've met staff from both at drift events and they're knowledgable and helpful people.
