Default Vibration on low revs

I just noticed today that while I'm standing still and in park I feel some serious vibration when I rev the engine up to around 2-3k. What could possibly be causing that? I have a '93 SC400 with 178K miles on it. Some other problems I have confirmed are the PS pump is slowly taking out the alternator and the left lower control arm needs to be replaced. Also the serpentine belt has some cracks and is squeaking. Could a bad belt cause the vibration?

A bad engine mount could cause this problem. Have you ever replaced them? How is the car running otherwise? An engine badly in need of a tune up could also cause this as well. A bad serpentine belt isn't likely to cause a vibration though.
