Default Finally got my cat-back exhaust

I ended up going with Magnaflow mufflers and 2.25 piping from my 3rd car back. All I have to say is that I love it, it sounds great. And from what I can tell I never was able to really break traction from a dead stop with a full tank of gas and people in the car but now I am able to do it no matter how much weight I have in the car. So for me this mod was a huge improvement in my opinion. And I think I am getting a few more miles to the tank. Anyway boys just wanted to let you know.

Peace

Tommy

Fitment was great, I used my tips that I had on already because I like they way the looked and I ordered the Magnaflow 14235 they are the 5x8x14 Offset/Offset in Stainless steel. The guy who installed them knew what he was doing and I have no problems at all. I really love how it turned out. All in all I spent a little under $300 so it was at a great price too.

hi
do you still use cats and resonators or simple 2.25 all the way and only end mufflers?

Cool Tommy! Looks great! And what a coincidence...I got my Magnaflows installed too...same way, w/ custom 2.25 piping from third cat to the end. I must agree - I really like the sound of it...but I feel like I might have lost some lower end torque did u feel this too? or maybe i'm just trippin'...and price wise, u did a little better than me...everything together costed me about $350

oh...and here's pics of what mine looks like now - BTW these are Magnaflow 14829's

What’s up cheungsta, I really didn’t notice any loss, yet apparently you do lose a little bit, I just haven’t noticed anything significant. It looks like our cars are going to be very similar, but you know that only means that we both have good taste . Are you in so cal? If you are we should meet up with a few other of the SC around here and go for a drive or just chill somewhere.

JTJerryls400 - I kept all my cats (all 3) because out here in Cali I cannot afford to get busted w/o cats because it’s a pretty big deal and fine here. But I did remove both my resonators and went straight through
