Yea man, the stuff is great. Buy it from www.myoilshop.com and enter in 675421 at checkout to get 10% off. You will need about 2.7 quarts, so make sure to buy 3. You'll also need a 10mm hex key, 24mm socket (I believe thats the right size), and a pump to get the new fluid in. Honestly, the difference isnt huge, but with 117k miles, every little thing helps. Maybe thats just me, because I know plenty of guys have used it and experience a "night and day change"
Good luck

Aero:
I would post pics from when I did mine but (get this) I didn't even HAVE an old busted seat to take pics of. It was totally gone.
No idea how the car even shifted but it was just fine, although sloppy.
Nice and tight after I put the seat in. w00t.

This should be made a Sticky!
Aero,
This is one of the best pieces of information I have gotten off of this board. Just got back from testing the new seat & bushing and there is just no comparison. It totally eliminated the gitch I was getting going to second!
Only 1/4 of my orginal seat was still intact. The rest was just bits in grease.
Huge improvement! I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to shift normally without having to guess if 2nd is going to catch .
Thanks!
Big

great info i love this site. for all of you reading and looking. the easiest way i found to get that skin tight boot off at the very bottom take a hook pick and pull up on it. you don't have to rip it or poke a hole in it or anything like that. it pops right up

It took me more than 10 mins to remove the shifter boot - but I was paranoid of breaking the plastic surrounding it. For me it was 4 clips btw...and you can just pull straight up to get them to release. I gripped on either side of the bottom (inside the leather boot area - under the plastic)
I took my time and it ran me a couple of hours. But hey - I could just be slow. I also took the time to do a little detailed cleaning around the area where I removed trim. And I found that everything went back in easier than it came out.
Drove all over today testing it out. Huge improvement! Definitely worth doing. (I went and purchased the larger socket I will need for draining the tranny)

Thanks again to Aero for a great fix!
