Fan kit for SC400?
I've read about the electric fan kit for the SC300 on intellexual.net. It says that this has not yet been tried on an SC400. Also, I've read a couple of posts mentioning that the additional load might be too hard on the alternator.
Does anyone have any (long-term?) experience with this mod on an SC400??
Any input appreciated.

You probably won't see any real HP gains from the electric fans in an SC400. The hydraulic fans on the 400 have minimal parasitic effect on the motor. That's why noone has done this to the 400 yet. IMO, the only reason to do this mod would be to free up some room some sort of forced induction.
