Default Soarer Driveshaft question, R154 vs W58

Ok, the 2.5L 1jz-gte with a R154 5spd transmission comes stock on a Soarer. I broke my W58 and just ordered a 1jz-gte R154 transmission from a JDM dealer. Since i have a 5spd SC300, im sure the shifter will match up in the tunnel bc the Soarer and my car are the same. I am wondering if the output shaft of the transmission is the same. Does anyone know if the transmissions are the exact same length? Because if the output shafts of the transmissions are the same, i could use my factory driveshaft. Just wondering if anyone knew.

....any insight in the driveshaft predicament?
