Default Weird noise any insight?

Hello, I just got my 1995 sc400 a few days ago 152k miles and yesterday it started making a weird noise while in motion it doesn’t do this when idling I was wondering if anyone could help me identify what this could be? Thanks

Bad tire? Wheel bearing? Seems pretty bad based on the 6 seconds of video.

imo, a wheel bearing noise will only materialize at higher speeds, typically above 40mph unless the bearing is absolutely toast. The noise you posted sounds like your torque converter about to disintegrate or a bearing in the transmission. Does the noise change on/off throttle? gets louder/quieter when coasting vs giving it light acceleration? does it come more from the rear of the car or the center from under the shifter?
