i dont know much about this topic (got some info from searching) but i would like to let my V8 breath a bit better. im thinking that an intake and an exhaust are the way to go for a few xtra ponys. I plan on getting custom pipes so i need some specs from the pros here, what is the best intake/pipe/exhaust combo?
dont want to sound like a civic or a mustang

The intakes like the Injen intake look good but I didn't notice and power increase.. Try doing the BFI for a HP increase. For the BFI check out www.planetsoarer.com or www.lextreme.com

For exhaust you can do the JIC catback or the Borla axel back. They are both kinda pricey so most go with a custom set up and some Magnaflows or some other straight thru muffler.
