Question Should I replace my head gasket?

I got a 95 2jz-ge non-vvti engine for 700$ im planning on replacing all gaskets/seals. the one thing im worried about is the head gasket since it was sitting in his barn for 5 years. the engine had no check engine light when it ran it had 140k on the odometer. it spins really nice i just dont want there to be issues. Should i replace it or leave it until i get it in the car to do a pressure test?

I would probably leave it. If it was running well before it sat, it should be fine.

Thats what i was thinking it seems like alot time and money to fix something that im unsure is even a issue. The original engine I had the previous owner left the head stud washer in the head. I found 2 crack pipes also. It blew up unfortunately probably because I took the crack out.
