I'm in the process of putting my intake along with throttle body back together, and I have a hose that I don't remember what it goes to

Whenever you bolt on the throttle body it goes to the coolant nipple on the bottom of it.

Yes that appears to be the coolant hose that connects to the bottom of the throttlebody. There will be another coolant hose that exits the throttlebody, travels along the engineblock and connects down to the hard coolant pipe just aft of the exhaust manifold
