Default I need some answers please

So I took moved the throttle body over to replace ignition wires and spark plugs and I put everything back and started the car and it just revved to the max without me pressing anything. I believe it's the throttle cables from where I un loosened the nuts that held them together and wheres theres no resistanceon the gas pedal. If it is the cables, how tight/loose should they be or if it's something else then I would like to hear about it. The picture below is how I currently have em

Best bet is to remove the intake tube and see what the butteefly is doing. If it's open then you can manipulate the cables until it's closed, or sorta closed. Additionally check to see if the cabke is not caught on something, or you inadvertently installed the cable incorrectly
