I took about 25 pictures of the meet, and will post them as soon as I have them. I used a 35mm camera, so that's why I can't post them immediately.

One interesting fact from the meet is that most of the GS's are silver while the IS's come in more variety of colors. I don't recall any GS with a supercharger installed, at most just the SRT HFI or RMM's air intake.

There was a police patrol stopping by to see what was happening, but Calvin took care of that.

I was up too late on Sat. night. I was partying at Club NV and didn't get home until 5 AM. Next time a night time meet may not be a bad idea... we can show off our HIDs and people can show off their Chromes too. BLING BLING!!! If we roll together around midnight, we might run into some rice rockets too. Then we can have some real fun VOOMM VOOOMMMMM

NV was jumpin jumpin, your DJ friend is pretty good... the music was tight. There were lots of fine looking ladies there too! Do you go there often? NV is one of my favorite clubs.

Wow..it looks like the meet had a real good turn out..Good job Calvin..I wish I was there but I was in Hong Kong on sunday...I've visited 2 TRD shops there and saw tons of fixed up IS200/Altezza. They all have the TRD kits which looked awesome. I also test drove a Aristo V300 and I thought it felt somewhat similar to the GS4...well there wasn't enough space on the road for me to really test it out anyway....that's it from me and definitely looking forward to the next meet....

 

who's IS300 with the (if im not mistaken) RMM or TRD front bumper and carbon fiber hood? what a beautiful car. nice pictures!

 

i've actually never been to NV before. they invited me that nite...but i had other plans... maybe next time...

 

That TRD IS300 was driven by Logan from Lexus Corporate Marketing. He came up for the meet from Torrance.

Derek form Serramonte Lexus spoke with TRD/L-Tuned after the meet and they informed him that the carbon fiber hood on the prototype IS we saw at the Bay Area meet is going to be available soon.
Pricing will be around $2,200 for the carbon fiber (just over 14lbs.) and $1,300 for the fiberglass (just under 16 lbs.).
