Unhappy Acceleration issue

Model: ES300
Year:2002
Issue:

So I installed the timing belt. After installing it I started the engine and ran real smooth,
I went on the freeway try up to 85 miles per hour and no issues.
Few days later, it is idle rpm fluctuate. It start with about 1000 rpm and as soon as engine temp reach to normal (engine warm up) it goes down to 300 rpm.
It seem like it is almost going to stop, but not.
So I adjusted the throttle position sensor (TPS) to increase the idling speed.
After doing so it did increased the idling speed to 1000 rpm but engine light came on. The error code is something to do with Cam position sensor, and Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor.
I think the engine lite comes on because the idling is so low and may be it doesn’t generate enough voltage for consumption of engine and components that are associated.
Now the car is in Limp Mode. How do I get out of limp mode assuming that all engine light and code have taken care of.
It start fine, but if you press your accelerator pedal to all the way to the ground then it rpm only goes to 2300 rpm. When you put on drive and press the accelerator pedal, no response at all.
It will slowly increase the speed up to 20 to 25 miles per hour max.

If any one could toss some ideas/suggestions to about the issue and how to fix, I would appreciate.
