For anyone interested in some drag strip fun, Famoso Raceway is open a few days out of the year for day and night test and tunes. It's $40 to race, $20 to watch, and doesn't get packed like it used to on Friday nights; I'm sure you'll easily get 20 runs if you decide to stay the whole time.
