I'm a new LS400 owner, going on one month now. I bought a 1998 LS that is in pretty good shape,
but that needs a few minor things replaced under hood. So far I have changed the coolant, engine oil & filter, and soon to be transmission fluid.

I'm no ASE certified mechanic to be sure, but am looking for a local Lexus mechanic or someone who has worked on their LS that knows their way around this car. Taking it to a dealer is out of the question, so I am willing to learn from someone.

I live in a small condominium complex that frowns on working on your cars, so I'm just putting out the feelers to see who might be out there. Putting 'Lexus mechanic Seattle' in the search brought up posts from 8 - 10 yrs. ago, so I'm hoping to get some updated information.
