When I purchased my IS250 from Lexus of Riverside in March 2008 my Salesman Chris and Carlotta in Finance BOTH told me that Lexus does the first 2 updates for the navigation system free. When I asked Carlotta last year about it she told me to talk to Steve the Sales Manager who very bluntly said they have never done that. Carlotta as well as another lady in Finance both said they were offering it at the time I purchased my car. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?? Not happy with Lexus of Riverside right now!!
