Meet Schedule & Info:
Registration starts at 9am
The meet will run from 10am to 3pm.
Lunch served at noon.
Raffle at 2pm.
There will be ample parking space available.

REGISTRATION:
All entrants will have name tags and Car ID's to fill out.
One raffle ticket will be provided per car.
On the back side of the Car ID will be the discount coupons for services or parts available from our sponsors.

Car ID's & Nametags:
The car ID's will show your name & handle and you can also list any mods or features about your car. This way other people will know who's car is who's and the mod info will help people know the brand and type of equipment you are using.

FOOD:
We will have Free BBQ Hamburgers/Hotdogs/Vegeburgers & fixins served at lunchtime. Food is available to entrants & their guests.

RAFFLE:
Each raffle ticket will be identified according to your model of car and Membership status.
Entrants eligible for the raffle are owners of any model of Lexus & Supras ONLY.
The drawing will be held at approximately 2pm. Winners must be present to claim their prize.

MEMBERSHIP:
Membership in ClubLexus is not required in order to participate in this meet.
Some raffle items will be available to ClubLexus Paid Members ONLY.
If you want to become eligible for Paid Member Raffle Prizes, you must register online no later than Sept. 12, otherwise register directly at the show. DO NOT register online starting Sept. 13.

 

Please try to arrive early as we will have a full parking lot, just enough room for 65 cars.

Please ask any visitor/friends (non-Lexus) to park their cars in the other lot around the corner.

There will be people directing visitors and entrants where to park.
