Decently priced mechanic here in the SF bay area that knows how to work on and has experience with the 1uz in my 98 gs400?

Story is I took my car to the stealership(bad idea from the start) for a tapping noise from the motor. Thought valve adjustment and was getting hooked up on the price to get it done(won't say how much), now they're telling me my cam alignment is completely off due to previous owner installing timing belt and not adjusting the spring loaded cams properly and want $1200 to adjust it in order to get rid of the tapping noise.

So I'd greatly appreciate if anyone can point me in the direction of an experienced Lexus/1uz mechanic here in the sf bay area.
