have discount tire match tirerack's prices on general uhp's. decent tires for the price. i'm not sure how they stretch, but you prolly won't need to with those offsets.

I'm here in your old stomping grounds (Hawaii). I saw a dropped '98-'00 LS400, pearl white, deep dish VIPish wheels sort of off Wilder on Honolulu. Anyways, enjoy them!
