Spotted another clean Yellow IS300 with tinted headlights/foglights and I believe taillights. Black 6 or 7 spoke wheels with no kit. I flashed my fogs and held up a peace sign. You and the passenger did it in return

NOT ballin like you are James haha. But yeah im in china town a lot..after the club nights on fridays and saturdays..sometimes during the week for lunch. I have seen a couple ISF's in Spanaway. A white one and a black one.
