spotted a BO IS on I5 south a little pass alderwood mall exit
looks a lil dropped on stockies heavy tint and exhaust
SAT 28MAR09 around 3-4pm is he/she on here?

spotted another BO IS on SR20 in oakharbor infront of safeway
grill was removed dropped on stockies, heavy tint and exhaust
also noticed a little sticker on the back windshield
around 4pm today
is this the same person?

I've seen this guy in the theater lot on base too. He's got a few little stickers in his back window. I didnt think he was lowered though.

he was moving so it was hard to tell...maybe he jus had passengers
