Despite the rain, I felt like we had a pretty decent turn out and a dang good time. Old chap Eli was quite the character who played MC and chef at that meet. I can't believe it's been over a year already. I just realized that I don't hang out in this part of the forum anymore. I hope you all have been doing very well.

I've been doing well. Just finished my second year at SPU. Been really busy with school so I never commit to going to any of the meets.

 

Haha, I remember that. The best meets are in the rain. Go figure. I do believe both Asian chicks are taken. I know for sure the one with the red sc is.

Yep, that's his name and who he goes by. You're memory is sure better than mine when it comes to names. He's doing well. He lives in Oregon now and works at HP as an engineer (EE). Now I just have to graduate in a year as a BioE and find a job or go to graduate school. Am almost considering vet school. Would go for a masters in poultry science first and maybe stick to research till I find out if commercial poultry and flock management is what I really want to do.

I am more partial to the small farmer and self sustainability thing though so maybe I can find an opportunity in that field doing something.

 

Been a while since I have made it to the forums at all lately. The biz has taken quite the toll on us as far as having "free time" - but I guess in the end it will all be worth it *sigh* - just can't wait till I am rolling a Lex again!

Bernard - I was going through all of my e-mails for the biz the other day - and you were actually the 3rd person EVER to e-mail that address! I have not forgotten about you & your photo talent - just need to find time to actually get the pix taken.
