We were up in Seattle a few weekends ago on business. I took my family and we watched a ball game. We stayed at the Silver Cloud hotel across the street. We valet parked out Pilot the entire time, dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Sunday. When the valets dropped off our car I thought it odd that they parked it in the way of everyone and opened all the doors. It kind of forced us to get in fast and get going to let people waiting by. We drove it strait home to Vancouver without stopping. 5 minutes after I got home I set out to wash the thing as I always do and found a 3 foot half inch thick gouge in the side of the Pilot. Long story short, they wont do anything about it. So avoid the place.

 

man that's too dang bad. Everytime I valet my car or my friends valet their cars, I/we always go out and check the car, even if the valet is trying to kick us out asap with other cars waiting. They can kiss my ***. I am not leaving the property until the car is fully inspected.

How much do you think this gash is going to cost you? Good thing it wasn't on the 350.

 

I dont let anyone valet my cars, but im also weird and dont trust anyone to work on my cars other than myself either.

Which Silver Cloud is this? I've had good experiences with the one by Lake Union.
