SRT intake w/ECU Oregon DEQ..will it pass?

Will the SRT intake with the EQ pass the OREGON DEQ (smog check)? I'm selling my car tomorrow and forgot to check on this? I don't want to stiff the new owner with trying to take out the intake and ECU. Any help would be greatly appreicated
