socal CL member spotted? black soarer

anyone know a turbo black sc w/vertex kit down in san diego? He had a front mount behind black mesh and tinted tails and a "L" badge with soarer script.
clean car anyone knows whos it is?

i've seen a black one with a vertex off of euclid, around that area... didn't hear the BOV as it drove by but could be the same car

I think that guy works at Pann Auto in Clairemont.
