With your 900 posts surely you saw all the meets we had in summer and when we were really trying on building a club, but now that its winter, cold, rain, and most are back in school, and or working time is limited. You may have to wait until next year for the next large meet [Summer]

No biggie, was really nice day, and I live about ten minutes away.
I hadn't really checked in to the local thing until two weeks ago.

We (NW people) really need to find a place other than Alki.

How about next time we have a meet we go to Uwajimaya's lower parking level..
eat some grub upstairs....take pics at the lot...

By next summer we will get this thing together and have some type of
get together even if its at somebody's house for a BBQ.

Sorry about that...it seems that the previous posts would have assumed meet was called off...

You know...I gotta admit...the Alki thing does not seem to be working, but lets remember WHY we picked that:

It's central for EVERYONE
It's well known
There is usually ample parking
There is usually ample photo opps

So suggestions are VERY welcome yet let's try to remember those things while picking a place. There is NO WAY that every single one of us is going to be happy with the location(s) picked, but we can at least try to get as many people as happy. Maybe while the weather is Washington weather we can spend some time working on locations for the nice weather meets?

I have a couple places in mind that would do great on the rainy on off-season weekend days, ie. empty, covered, outdoors, public property, landmark locations, near resaraunts.
Pretty industrial settings, but will keep everyone dry so we can check out the rides
I do like uwajimaya, however don't like crowded parking lots with my SC.
