I could fill up my own tank, I do know how, but my dad fills it for me aproximately once every two weeks and doesn't want me traveling too far away.

He didn't like it too much when I first got the car and ended up needing another tank every three or four days.

There are explicit records of everything on the car from oil changes to gallons of gas. You can see the little book in the glove box with the gas info on sun if you want, it's rather amusing. I got bored and even made an excel graph of fuel consumption and could point out the spots where I must have been home for a break because miles per gallon decreases with short trips.

I'm such a dork.

Good thing your Dad doesn't know about this!

I put a real time tracking unit on my son's car and can find out exactly where he is and his speed of travel.

hehe, what kind of car did he get? My dad knows they exist but he doesnt bother becasue he knows that there would be no use to it because it wouldn't stop me from doing anything that I was going to do anyways. Becides, I bet it can be dismanteled easily, just some elctronics here and there. hehe

I just dont do things he implies he doesnt want me doing.

That way I can get more out of him when I do want something... like a second master bedroom drawn in for myself. hehe

My son is going to be driving a red '05 Subaru Legacy GT. It has a turbo and can really get up and go. In retrospect I wish it was a Acura TSX w/ navigation.
