Let's have another meet SOON.
It does get old when meets are done frequently. I know since i've been to and organized many large ones.

Dang...if you haven't realized...most of us are working adults with lives. Sure, if I was still in high school and had loads of freetime on my hands, i'd feel the same way. But that's just not the case. There will be a big meet soon. It's not necessary to start 5 threads to have 1,000 meets in the next 6 months.

I am MIT. But I have lived here for the most part of my life.
I respect your party affiliation. However, I don't think all Taiwanese agree with (or even want to be represented by) DPP, that includes the U.S. government and the folks around me from Taiwan.

U're MIT........but are u Taiwanese then?
Geographically and politically speaking, I am Taiwanese.
Nationality wise, I am also Taiwanese.
As a matter of fact, I can probably speak Taiwanese better than most of people here in the States.
However, ethically speaking, I have to say that I am Chinese because that's where our ancestors come from.
We can hate the Commies all we want. But we cannot deny our heritages.
