Efficiency...you put it on the coals while BBQ'ing and you all's gather round to enjoy at the same time. Once the buzz hits, the food is ready and already pre-seasoned.

But seriously guys, let's respect Mike, his home, and neighbors by trying to keep everything legal...after all he's being very hospitable by throwing this bbq at his house and allowing us to be there.
