I would have to say the ventilated seats and the adaptive cruise control.

I have been thinking about getting the Lexus plastic mats for front and back and cargo, but not sure if I really need them here in Florida.

Anything that is a must have?

running boards - but that's because I have grandkids - the running boards help them a lot

I have to say that adaptive cruise control is a good one for me when I commute to work on weekdays but head-up display (HUD) is definitely my favorite. Yes, I have HUD on my NX as it is available here in Canada.

Not sure if it’s considered an accessory but I really like the adaptive variable suspension that adds Sport+ and the custom driving mode.
