Megan is a decent brand. I can tell you that I have taken the whole 3rd member of the exhaust off and there is no real sound change. I would imagine the Megan is not going to make too much of a sound difference. Definitely not going to alter performance any. The major exhaust flow restrictions are up stream from that member.
